Accessory Vendor Agreement

1. Material Safety & Quality

Vendors warrant that all accessories are made from non-toxic materials safe for animal contact.

• Metal components must be rust-resistant and durable.
• Fabrics must be free from harmful dyes that could cause skin irritation.
• Training equipment must meet safety standards to prevent physical harm to the animal.

2. Sizing & Accuracy

To minimize returns and ensure pet comfort, Vendors must:

• Provide accurate size charts in centimeters/inches.
• Include clear instructions on how to measure the pet for the specific accessory.
• Ensure product photos accurately represent the color and texture of the item.

3. Warranty & Durability

Accessories (excluding chew toys) should have a reasonable expectation of durability. Vendors must offer a minimum 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects such as broken buckles, frayed stitching, or hardware failure.

4. Packaging & Shipping

Vendors are responsible for ensuring that accessories are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. Fragile items must be clearly marked.

5. Return Policy

Due to hygiene reasons, some items (like used bedding or intimate apparel) may be non-returnable unless defective. This must be clearly stated in the product description. Standard returns for incorrect sizes must be processed within 7 days.

6. Platform Commission

A service fee of 7% applies to all sales. Vendors agree not to include marketing materials in their packaging that encourage off-platform transactions.
