Master Partner Agreement & Terms

"These Terms govern your general use of the Pet Store Platform and every service you offer on it — buying and selling pets, vet care, training, grooming, food, accessories, road transport and air transport. By using our website or mobile application you agree to these terms in full."
One agreement, every service
Pet Store uses a single Master Partner Agreement that covers every service category on the platform. When you activate a new service from the Partner Console (for example a breeder adding road transport, or a vet adding accessories) the same terms apply — you are not asked to accept a new agreement each time. Service-specific addendums (vet, transport, vendor) sit on top of this master agreement and reference it for general rules.
1. Use of the Platform
Pet Store provides a digital marketplace for pet-related transactions. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your sole responsibility.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including logos, text, and graphics, is the property of Pet Store or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
4. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not:
- Post fraudulent or misleading listings.
- Harvest user data without consent.
- Attempt to breach the Platform's security measures.
5. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
