- In the event of injury or illness occurring during transit due to negligence, the Provider is liable for all resulting veterinary costs.
3. Pickup & Delivery Protocol
Providers must verify the identity of the person handing over the animal and the person receiving it. A digital or physical delivery note must be signed at both ends of the journey.
4. Feeding & Medication
Providers must follow specific feeding, hydration, and medication schedules provided by the owner in writing at the time of booking.
5. Emergency Procedures
In case of a medical emergency during transit, the Provider is authorized to take the animal to the nearest qualified veterinarian. The Provider must notify the owner and Pet Store immediately.
6. Permits & Licensing
Providers must possess all permits and licenses required for the commercial movement of live animals in the regions they serve.
