Food Vendor Agreement

1. Product Quality & Authenticity

Vendors warrant that all products listed are genuine, unexpired, and safe for animal use. The sale of counterfeit, damaged, or tampered goods is strictly prohibited.

2. Regulatory Compliance

All food, nutritional supplements, and medicinal products must comply with applicable food safety, labeling, and animal-feed regulations in the country where products are sold and delivered.

• Products must include clear expiry dates and ingredient lists.
• Imported products must have necessary clearance documentation.

3. Fulfillment & Shipping

Vendors are expected to process and ship orders within 48 hours of confirmation. Consistent delays in fulfillment may lead to search ranking penalties or account restriction.

4. Returns & Refunds

Vendors must honor a standard 7-day return policy for defective or incorrectly shipped goods.

• Refunds for defective products are the sole responsibility of the Vendor.
• Return shipping costs for incorrect orders must be covered by the Vendor.

5. Pricing & Taxes

All prices displayed must comply with local pricing and tax disclosure rules. Vendors are responsible for their own tax filings and compliance with revenue authorities in their jurisdiction.

6. Commissions

A platform service fee of 7% applies to all successful vendor sales. This fee covers payment processing, marketing, and platform maintenance.
