Veterinary Service Agreement

1. Professional Certification

All Veterinary Service Providers must maintain active registration with the veterinary regulatory authority in their jurisdiction. Proof of current practicing licenses may be requested at any time.

2. Independent Practice

Veterinarians listed on the Platform operate as independent contractors. Pet Store does not supervise, direct, or control the clinical judgment or medical treatment provided by the Vet.

3. Liability & Indemnity

The Veterinary Provider is solely liable for any medical advice, diagnoses, surgeries, or treatments performed.

• Pet Store is not responsible for medical malpractice, negligence, or adverse outcomes of veterinary procedures.
• The Provider agrees to indemnify Pet Store against any claims arising from their professional services.

4. Privacy & Records

Veterinarians must maintain the confidentiality of pet parent and their animals. Digital medical records shared via the platform must be handled in compliance with applicable data protection and privacy laws in your region.

5. Platform Standards

Providers agree to:

• Keep their availability and pricing updated.
• Respond to appointment requests within 24 hours.
• Maintain a high standard of professional ethics.

6. Termination

Suspension or revocation of veterinary licenses, or documented cases of professional negligence, will result in immediate removal from the Platform.
